Our "behind the scenes" coverage in this slideshow gives you a view of the table arrangement designed to seat 400 guests for the reception dinner. The slideshow begins with a quick glance at the ceremony seating for the 400 guests. Then it moves on to views on the upper level of tables set up in front of the pavilion, to the south between the pavilion and fire pit, and then back to tables between the pavilion and the waterfalls.
These photos were all taken as the wind and some pretty heavy clouds moved in. Bridesmaids were receiving flash flood alerts on their cell phones for the 5:00 pm start time for the wedding. But the sun came out and all tablecloths and burlap runners got a quick touchup before the wedding began.
