A Walk To Remember

Santa let us know he has marked December 15th and 16th on his calendar and he's checked it twice! You will want to mark these dates on your calendar also because Santa wants everyone to come and have "A Walk To Remember at the Parks Place" with him! He's so excited about seeing all the boys and girls and hearing all about their Christmas wishes, too!

Come watch Santa arrive at 1:00 PM on Sunday the 15th. He will be here until 3:00 PM and then back again from 7:30-10:00 PM. On Monday the 16th, Santa will be here from 4:00-8:00 PM.

BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA!!! With all the lights and decorations throughout our venue including a Snowman, some Elves, Santa's sleigh and a variety of themed Christmas trees, you will go home with many Christmas photo memories of the kids and the whole family. Don't forget to take photos on the bridge, next to the waterfall, and at the many other amazing focal points throughout our venue!

This event is OPEN TO THE Public! A small fee includes a visit and refreshments with Santa and an exciting and magical time of capturing as many photo memories as you would like to take of your Santa "Walk To Remember at the Parks Place"!

Again, we express our special thanks to all who came out for our Grand Opening of our dream, "A Walk To Remember At The Parks Place"!  It was exciting to share the day with family and friends, our community and surrounding areas, and those who have taken a walk with us through these years of our ongoing building process.

Be sure to check out "Our Services" and "Look What's New" to read about the many changes through the years.  And check back soon for more photos of all the features now available to enhance future "Walks To Remember" with us here "At The Parks Place"!

Your walk through life is marked with countless events to be remembered.

Weddings ~ Family Reunions ~ Class Reunions ~ Graduation Celebrations ~ Photo Sessions ~ Gathering of Friends ~ Birthday Parties ~ Baby Showers ~ Business Meetings and Social Events

You will find the Parks Place to be a peaceful country setting with a variety of unique focal points to capture the many memories of your life's journey!

"A Walk To Remember"

The inspiration for the Parks Place came from our son's wedding theme, "A Walk to Remember" celebrated here a few years ago.  The photo shown is a chalk drawing that was on the dance floor and became the Parks Place logo.

Family and friends enjoyed the experience and suggested we make our "place" available for others to experience their own "Walk to Remember" whether it be a wedding, birthday, or other special celebration or gathering.  The Parks Place has been an ongoing project over the past several years with the most recent additions being the new enclosed building connected to the pavilion, a new gas fire pit, and many handicap accessible sidewalks.  The completion of the kitchen, a wooden arched bridge, a wood-burning fire pit with a circular rock bench.  Several new waterfalls including one in the bridge area have also been milestones throughout the past years.

Even as we have been growing and continuing to expand our facilities, a number of people have experienced their walk here.  It has been a joy for us to work with them to make their experience a distinctive and special journey down the road of life. We look forward to walking "hand-in-hand" with you to help make your "Walk to Remember" a truly memorable one!
